Spurn the Spurs in the Champions League Tilt

Spurn the Spurs in Today’s Champions League
Spurs are an absolute mess, and each performance keeps getting worse. I didn’t think that after Bayern Munich took them to the woodshed 7-2 things could get any worse, and then I watched Saturday’s shambolic effort against an awful Watford squad, who just recently was taken apart by Man City 8-0. This was not a game where Watford bunkered down and Spurs were unlucky. They were equal in shots on target, and the North Londoners had to be saved by an 86th-minute Dele Alli to give them a 1-1 draw. This is a team that’s wearing cement shoes and sinking deeper into the Thames.
Their opponents today are Red Star Belgrade, a not-half-bad squad. Not nearly as talented as the 1991 squad that lifted the European Cup, but really not half bad. They just beat Olympiacos 3-1 in Belgrade and currently sit 2nd in the group.
But let me make this very clear: my action on this game has a little to do with Red Star and a lot to do with the woeful form of Spurs.
I love Red Star +2 goals +175. Maybe Spurs snap out of it, or maybe they don’t, but I’m going to keep fading them until they do.
